Contacted to help with a plumbing issue. Showed up a few minutes earlier than expected which was a pleasant surprise;. Provided us with several possible options for our repair and guided us toward the one that was most optimal for our situation although it was the least expensive and finished the job and the reporting professionally that very same day.

FAQs

  • What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

At Knockout Plumbing we charge by the job and not by the hour. So the price we give you before starting the work won't change no matter how long it takes us to do the job. We have travel charge of $50 which is waived if you decide to do the work with us. We will come out and assess the situation and give you written up front cost before starting any work.

  • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

For homeowners we gather information such as your first and last name, address, phone number, email address, how you heard about us and how you prefer to be contacted. If you are a landlord we would ask for all the same information as well as your billing address. For businesses we ask for all the same information as above as well as the billing information, who will be paying and what their billing cycle is.

  • What types of customers have you worked with?

We have worked with all kinds of customers. Homeowners, real estate agents, businesses, contractors, and property management companies.
