this company plumber on demand was amazing if they could get 10 stars I would do it. He was professional. He was quick, Let me know what he was doing before he charged me, professional, courteous, right on time, I contacted him on this app. He responded in 10 minutes and say I could be there in a few. A fee was less than 10 min. He identified the problem told me what he would do step-by-step told me how much he would charge me and within 25 minutes he was good to go and say had a nice day. OMG amazing!

This was my first time using Plumber on Demand, and I can assure you it will not be my last. In fact, before Gerald had even completed the job I was questioning him about another project that I need to address… not a problem for him. my pricing is very reasonable and affordable. There are no hidden fees like most big companies. I am very big on customer service.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Once I receive a job lead, I reach out to customers right away to put them on the schedule the same day if possible. You can also schedule a day and time that suits your needs. I will come out to assess the issue and give a solution and estimate. If the estimate is accepted, the $65 trip fee will be waived.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have my Master Plumber license and over 17 years experience.
