I thought my ceiling fan stopped working completely or something was wrong with the wiring. I found Jay and shared my concern. He agreed to meet me the next day by 9am-10am. He showed up on time and was very pleasant. Long story short, nothing was wrong with my ceiling fan. The batteries needed to be replaced. I couldn't believe that was the issue as I hadn't had the ceiling fan that long or use it that much for the battery to drain. I was so embarrassed, but Jay was so nice and professional about my misunderstanding. I highly recommend him! Please book him if you want less hassle.

We received a quick response to our appointment request that was submitted one evening and set an appointment for the next morning. Excellent work! The team came in reviewed my issue and had it repaired within 30 min. They had to repair a previous install (that should have been straight forward) that was done by another electrician I hired on here and they quickly assessed the problem and fixed it. Also, they are licensed. I highly recommend them.
