Job to be done was described in the service request . The technician showed up with just his phone taking pictures. He stated that he didn’t have the weatherstripping for my door . Well that was my service request to have the bottom of my garage door weatherstripped . I even indicated that it was just for one door . The office manager was apologetic but first impression are hard to overlook . Matthew reached out to explain the miscommunication from the office to the field tech . He also confirmed that he would comeback out and personally see that my garage door was repaired to my satisfaction and with my choice of weatherstripping. Customer service is everything and I am appreciative.

I had a noisy opener and a broken spring, and I was afraid I need to replace the whole door! Luckily, Michael the technician came and relaxed me.
