Firstly, Jose responsiveness was great. Upon setting a date for an appointment he appeared as scheduled. My issue was a leaking shower head. He quickly resolved the issue and he went out of his way to replace & purchase a better shower head with Antimicrobial Nozzles. He also checked the water meter outside since water had collected inside the meter hole. Jose advised me to call the City to schedule someone to come out to check the meter for any pipe leaks covered under the City ordinance. Jose was very knowledgeable. He informed me in all matters concerning any possible water leaks. It was very much appreciated! He cleaned up nicely as he worked to dissemble and replace the shower head. I give him a score of “10”. He is friendly and polite with great work ethics. I will definitely call him again when in need of future plumbing.
