GREAT SERVICE!!! Prime Appliance responded immediately to my inquiry and had great availability. Once they arrived, they asked thorough questions to get an idea of the problem with our ice maker. He started inspecting around the ice maker and water dispenser. He removed parts to fully assess the issue and was extremely careful. He determined it was the ice maker that was causing the ice to not dispense properly and also leak from behind the water dispenser. He reviewed cost and ordered part. He said it would be later in the week to come back and fix once part is in. I let him know my son’s bday was this coming weekend so would like it done before if possible. Not even 2 hours later, he texted me saying the part is in Dallas and they will bring same day so he can come out Monday to install. I was impressed! Monday comes and he shows up with new ice maker. Replaced it and tested it then reviewed how long it will take for ice. 5 hours later we had ice and there have been no issues! Prime Appliance did a PHENOMENAL job. They were very thorough, responsive, knowledgeable and professional. We had 2 other companies come out for this issue and neither one took the time to fully diagnose like Prime did. I have found our appliance company for any future issues. GREAT WORK PRIME APPLIANCE!

Had a great experience with this company. He came out to look at our dishwasher, and rather than try to sell us replacement parts he gave us an honest assessment of our issue and was able to help us find the best solution. I would highly recommend this company for any appliance repair.

Technician was on time and very professional. Walked through the issues I was having and what he did to fix them. Explained the warranty that comes with his service and offered additional help should any other issues arise. Will be using him for any and all plumbing/appliance issues as they arise. Very kind, respectful, and knowledgeable professional.
