What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We also offer custom packages or one lesson at a time pricing. We offer military and 1st responder discounts.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Once a client has booked their first session, I meet with the client and their dog in person for the first lesson. In that first session we will do a sit down interview with the client. We will observe the dog. We will then begin teaching the client and the dog. Each session after that we will build from the previous session to advance both the human and their dog!
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
In 2008 I completed my apprenticeship with K9 Good Manners Dog Training. I then worked full time for the company and became the manager. After a couple of years I left to start my own business. In 2019 I took a break and went back into law enforcement full time where I ran both animal and litter control and the animal shelter for the county I worked for. I have now returned to my true love of animal behavior and started Dude! That's My Dog, which I named after my 1 year old Golden Retriever: Dude!
