I submitted a request for an appt and received a response back within minutes. The technician showed up on time and quickly got to work. My dryer was repaired quickly and efficiently. One company told me I needed a new dryer but Cunningham proved differently. I appreciate friendliness, attention to detail, knowledge of the issue amongst many other things. Through thumbtack, CUNNINGHAM APPLIANCES responded immediately. I was in need of repair for my over the range microwave. Jim informed me that the necessary part had to be ordered and that it would take a couple of days. Unfortunately, the holiday caused an additional day of waiting. Jim was very responsive to my text and calls and respectfully attentive to my impatience. Once the part was received a tech was dispatched and punctually arrived within the time range communicated. Jimmy (not to be confused with Jim) was very personable and went to work to replace the part. To my dismay, it turned out that the microwave was beyond repair; however, it was truly a delight conversing with Jim and the overall transaction was handled with utmost respect and professionalism. I highly recommend Cunningham Appliances and will definitely give them first consideration for future needs.

If you want an honest, professional, and very knowledgeable company you need to select them. I called to get my fridge repaired and he immediately diagnosed the problem. Parts were ordered and replaced with impressive results. I would 10/10 use them again for any problems that come up again

We charge $100 service charge but that’s put towards the bill and will be waived on jobs over $200 . We offer 15 % discount to seniors and the military / whether active or retired .
