Jack did an excellent job in my bathroom matching and replacing some tiles that were broken/cracked and installing the backsplash. Also replaced a shelf that had broken and stained tiles that looks great now. I had a difficult time finding a tile person because it was a small job. Prompt response and showed up when promised. I highly recommend Donahue Tile for all your tiling needs.

Donahue Family Tile are tile superstars! (And a lifesaver!) I was starting to think I’d never find a reliable contractor for my bathroom renovation. The previous ones I had hired left the project half-finished and the work they did complete was a total disaster. Just when I was about to give up hope, I found these guys- and they completely turned things around! Not only was Jack and his son professional, they brought strong skills and expertise. They were able to assess the mess left in my bathroom by the previous contractors, come up with a plan to fix it, and execute flawlessly. I was impressed by how they listened to my requests throughout the process and deliver first time. I even asked them to do my kitchen backsplash and the work done was equally impressive - precise cutting, level tiles, and smooth grout lines. I was able to leave them working in my home while I went to work and came back to incredible results. I’m relieved to have found a contractor I can trust. If you’re considering hiring Donahue Family Tile, just do it! This is a no-brainer. You absolutely won’t be disappointed. I can’t recommend them enough for anyone looking for trustworthy top notch tile work - especially if you’re feeling burned by bad contractors experienced in the past. (Like I was!). Jack and his son did a beautiful job on our old drab bathroom. Not only did they fix structural issues, Jack had great ideas for design. The shower niche is great,the layout of the floor tiles looks artistic. We handed him a bunch of problems and he was able to mend them all. He kept us informed on what he was doing, and if we left while he was still working, he'd text us later to fill us in. I would absolutely hire Donahue Family Tile again, and will recommend him to friends.
