I had two 30-year-old fixtures in my bathroom that needed to be replaced. As usual, there are things that happen. A valve didn't shut off. The former sink was improperly installed. They didn't charge me extra to work around all that. They replaced the valve, only charging for the hardware, not the additional labor. They cleaned up every scrap of material. They offered to vacuum up some Styrofoam particles, and on person mopped the hallway. They were courteous to my super and to me. When I would text them leading up to the job, they replied rapidly and clearly. I would use them again for sure.
