Sheldon was responsive from the beginning. He called to say when he would arrive, assessed the work to be done and immediately started doing it - replaced defective light switch and overhead light fixture. He worked quickly, was very professional, checked his work to make sure I was satisfied, and cleaned up the refuse from his work. I would 100% recommend his services to future customers

Great experience with Sheldon - prompt and responsive messaging and very punctual with timing and delivery of the work we needed to get done and very neat and well-put together in how work was done. Also he was very friendly and proactive in recommending what may or may not make sense for additional work we wanted to do. We got new ceiling fixtures put in ( see before and after below) associated dimmer switches and troubleshooting a fan and a few plug points upgraded

My ceiling fan with light seemed to be unbalanced. Sheldon arrived on time and communicated the issue, which confirmed everything was unbalanced. He fixed the issue but also let me know that my motor was going bad and I should check my warranty. His honest assessment of the issue was greatly appreciated because I did receive a refund from the company. His honesty saved me money because I feel another electrician would have suggested buying a new fan on the spot so they could install it. This kind of honesty is not easily found. I will definitely use this company again, just best on honesty.

Sheldon was amazing! I live in a very old house with old wiring and had a ceiling fan hanging loose right over my bed. A simple replacement turned into a larger project that required way more effort including installing a new box in a different location, cutting and patching, but Sheldon was committed and wanted to ensure that safety was the priority. I’m really glad the other person didn’t show up and I was able to hire Sheldon instead. If you want to make sure the job is done well and safely, you won’t regret hiring Rising Circuits!

When you speak of quality work, your in the right place with my price, it’s not cheap and it’s not expensive. It’s, “GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR”
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First and most importantly make sure I have on a mask at all time due to COVID-19 and everything that’s going on. Also wanted to mention being neat, clean and tidy is one of my most important factors. Can’t forget I’m very punctual.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
After I got out of my internship program I decided to sign up for a trade school, Best thing I ever did. Thanks APEX for getting me into the union where I’ve been for over 6 and half years.
