We had 2 housewarmings. The food was EXCELLENT!!! A couple of my Jewish Neighbors came over and commented afterwards how much They enjoyed the food. They said "Some Good Home Cooking". Alot of my Family took plates of food home. This food is Blessed, I feel, because the pans didn't seem to run out. Also, I must say I was "Greatly Impressed" with the timely arrival of the food and the setup. Everything was PERFECT! I saved some food and have it in the freezer. I'm looking forward to a very "Happy New Year" enjoying my final leftovers. Oh, and believe Me, these leftovers are DELICIOUS! Folks said to let them know so they can come over to eat. Also the COOKIES!!!!! They lasted and taste just as delicious a week later. (Had to hide them). It was truly a Blessing the Service that was rendered for our affairs. Apostle Ridder truly is a Dynamic Cook. I Love Her and Her Cooking !

How did you get started doing this type of work?
I decided to get into my line of work because of my passion for good tasting food. I would go out to restaurants and either not enjoy the food or the service. When I went to a restaurant and said I could cook the dish better...it was time for me to venture out on my own with the support of my family and friends.
