BellCo removed my above ground pool & swing set. Ronald responded very quickly to my request and came out to do an estimate. He arrived early & was very personable. His crew arrived on time and completed the job the same day. I highly recommend BellCo Demolition.

While I ended up not having to demolish my garage, the gentlemen that came out were incredibly nice and professional. They made sure to inspect my entire garage thoroughly, as well as, going into the alleyway behind to view the damage/needs. They also took time to speak with my neighbor for a similar job and recommended advice. The pricing they provided was also incredible, far less than other competitors.

I would like to thank Ron and his team for the excellent work they’ve done to my basement they were professional and efficient when I needed my basement done I reached out to Belco demolition I spoke to Ron and explain to him what I needed done I think he realized I wasn’t sure how to go about getting things done he was so kind he told me don’t worry he would take care of everything and he did from permits to removing all the debris Ron and his team made me feel very comfortable and I didn’t have to worry about anything so I would just like to bank Belco demolition for everything you’ve done and I would highly recommend Belco demolition I would definitely contact you with future projects again thank you so much for making this experience an easy one

Pricing is fair and estimated to your specific job.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We begin with a virtual estimate or on-site estimate scheduled with Ron. We then send our clients a proposal with insurance , license, and OSHA 30 certification. Once signed and approved we begin to take the next steps for the pr weather that be scheduling or permitting. Some projects will require a contract and deposit depending on size.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have 16+ years experience working on commercial and residential demolition sites. OSHA 30 certified and have training for hazardous waste.
