FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Most of my clients generate between $10 Million and $50 Million in Revenue. My intention with pricing on Thumbtack is to offer expert advisory work for less for businesses doing less than $$10 MIllion in Revenue. I am willing to do this if there is an opportunity for a long-term business advisory relationship and not simply a transaction. That's where I have the most success with clients.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
As a business advisor, my goal is to enable my client to be more successful and profitable while advised by me. That said, my typical work engagement phases include: • Pre-meeting research and preparation • Client assessment - a lot changes between advisory meetings • Strategic alternatives • Experienced-based suggestions • Formal recommendations • Client quality control check • Follow-up and next steps
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
When I tell people that I teach Strategic Business Planning at arguably the best business school in the world, they usually think that's cool and stop questioning my credentials, as they should. However, what makes me a top business advisor is that I've made most of the mistakes as a business owner and entrepreneur. My mission is to help my clients minimize their mistakes, save years of time, and their life savings. My work as an author, instructor, and practitioner in business gives me access to thousands of businesses. This network of experienced-based resources through me enables my clients to excel.
