I’ve been training with Karen over a year so far. Karen is always welcoming, positive, and really motivating. She motivates me to become a better self physically and mentally! Karen is a consummate physical training professional. She is creative in that she brings new challenging exercises to me every session. Karen is observant, intuitive, responsive, energetic and motivating. She is gentle and kind while challenging me with each new workout. Having never done personal training before this, I did not think it would appeal or that I’d be capable of sticking with it. Now I am committed and don’t believe I could ever stop. Though I work out in between biweekly sessions, I could not do this without the guidance and motivation Karen provides. I feel great! Karen is a gem.
