- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I offer an additional 2 hours at no charge for people that want to pay for a 10 hour package at $60 an hour.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to meet with the client in person, phone, or zoom and gathering as much information as possible. Knowing the person, what their goals are, past experience, activity level, injuries or anything that might inhibit certain types of exercise.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I was always physically active, and involved in multiple sports. When I entered into the Army I was first assigned to a platoon that wanted everyone to have the highest physical standards, and maintain the maximum score on the Army APFT. It was never easy, I always felt like I had to work twice as hard to keep up then others had too. After a few years I decided to join Special Forces and began to train more then I ever had before, but also had to maintain that throughout my military career. I trained alongside people that were on a professional Athletic level, and learned everything I could from them to continue to grow, become stronger and perform better. I found myself helping others do the same. To learn more I eventually went through the ACE personal training course.
