Introduction: Hello! I am Rachel Crews - the owner/operator of Life Kinetics. I've been around gyms and fitness environments for most of my life and love exercise and being active but found some of the communities overwhelming and not inclusive. I started Life Kinetics to serve as an inclusive space for anyone interested in bettering their health - from fitness enthusiasts to hardcore gym bodies to folks looking for ways to improve their general health. Life Kinetics welcomes individuals of all fitness levels and provides training and classes from teenagers to grandparents.
