They moved everything quickly and efficiently. The issue was communication. No response or vongirmation for multiple days. Then they were unable to meet the time we agreed up, 9am. After discussion it was agreed they would arrive between 9:30 and 10. They arrived at 12. One message of theirs was that my two hour job was not important. And although we had an agreed time 2 times, they wouldn't arrange their day around getting there on time. Summary, if you have a large job, they will probably be great and rearrange their day for you. If you have a small job, look elsewhere.

They never showed up and he said it was because I hadn't been in touch with him. He messaged me yesterday to confirm and told me to get in touch with any questions. I didn't have any questions so I didn't get in touch. He said he could maybe do it this afternoon or tomorrow and to let him know. Four messages later I have still not heard from him. The job is listed as completed but it never happened.

Absolutely horrible experience. I hired the guys for the steps job, they did the job and said they can cut down the trees also. Worst mistake of my life. I said fine, and three guys came on a car , not ladder, ropes , just one chainsaw (that too rented and they charged me for it later). There was a bigger tree and I asked them to make sure they have a rope to pull the tree. I was working inside when I heard a large thud and the tree fell on my house!! The shingles on the corner got damaged, drip edge torn, one branch fell on my AC, smashed the gutters and pipes, broke the chimney, window siding got damaged, broke the outside camera and so many other stuffs. I should have withhold money , the roof guy who was promised to fix the broken stuffs never came. They didn't even have a blower to clean up all the sawdust. I will never ever hire these guys. Cost me an extra $600 to fix. The sidings are still to be fixed.
