I had a great experience with Bernard. My central AC stopped working on a sweltering day. Bernard discovered a wire from the handler to the compressor was damaged during an attic insulation job. Instead of just walking away and saying “call an electrician” Bernard fished and ran a new wire far across the attic and outside to the condenser. Right away it began working. He had such a great attitude and was very patient. I’ll be calling again for next project!

BK was available for a same-day A/C appointment during one of the first heat waves in Boston, when most other HVAC technicians were booked several days out. My central A/C has been working great since the repair. I highly recommend them. (Picture is of the broken air handler before the repair.)
