Moe responded very promptly to my inquiry of getting someone to install my new water heater and removing the old one. What made me pick him over everyone else that responded was that instead of messaging back and forth he just called. He was very knowledgeable. I feel like he offered me a great price and was even able to get the job done the same day! What should of been a simple water heater switch became a little more complicated because the space where my water heater was kept was already tight and the new water heater I purchased was a tad bit more wider and my space didn't really allow it. Instead of him saying it's too big and it can't be done, Moe moved past the obstacles and rerouted my gas so that even with the very tight fit I would be about to fit my water heater in the closet and also made sure I was able to access everything such as the pilot and drain. He was very professional and got the job done with no complaints. I will be calling Moe for all of my plumbing needs.

Moe was amazing!! Responded in a very timely manner! Very professional and resolved my issue just in time for my new tenant moving in the same day! He’s very knowledgeable and also pointed out some issues that a previous plumber did that could be a big issue later. Will definitely be hiring again within the next couple of weeks!!! Highly recommend!!

Big "Thanks!" and "Job Well Done!" goes to Moe from Neptune Plumbing!! I had a slow draining sink in a bathroom and poor access/old pipes was adding complexity to the issue. Moe got to the root of the problem and really went above and beyond to fix the issue. I will definitely be calling Neptune Plumbing again, highly recommend, five star service!!
