Steven redid a door for my parents. There glass sliding door had fell out and broke and he took it all out and put in a new door. He did a wonderful job and would recommend him to anyone!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I know times are tough, but I will work with you to give you the best quality for your money. Competitive pricing but I do require 50% up front just as a good notion that you have decided to hire.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Be as transparent as possible as to who I am as a builder and person. Constantly keeping them up to date with project details and also giving them the projected start to finish dates so they will have a general idea when I will be there and when we will be finishing.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I've built houses, sheds, decks, custom doors, 2 car garages, pole barns, and industrial buildings for the better part of 15 years.
