Introduction: Eco friendly carpet cleaner! I started cleaning carpets in 2000 with a nationally known company that drives the big yellow/black trucks and moved on to start Got Carpets in 2007. My job for me is therapeutic being able to see the transformation I can make. My focus is quality work with competitive pricing as well as a satisfied customer. Very important Krystle Griggie was on time. Very professional in every aspect. She introduce herself which was followed by a handshake. Most important was the quality of her work. I didn't responds to this email right away because I wanted the carpet to dry entirely and then I vacuumed. This enable me to see exactly where the previous stains were and if this was still a problem. I can gladly say all the rooms that were cleaned looks amazing. Thank you, Krystle and I will be calling you for future cleaning.
