Denis was great to work with. He arrived on time. He was very thorough in diagnosing the issues on my Viking electric oven. It turns out that there are at least 3 components that failed including control board and it is not worth repairing it since it is already 19 years old (and the parts alone are $$$ - we checked right on the spot including used parts). Denis even helped me disconnect it and move it to the garage (a 2-men job) to make room for a new one. Denis is very honest. I was very happy with Denis' work and I highly recommend him.

He is very polite and explained everything it needed to do. He came on the scheduled day for the estimate and repair. Fair price. Highly recommend him. My refrigerator wasn’t cooling. He cleaned the condenser coil, replaced the heating element, defrosted it and cleaned the drain.
