Alberto (son), Nachos (dad) and the mom are quite a cordial family team together taking down a massive and tall (40ft +) dead tree less than 3 ft from the foundation. It was a risky project as several branches expanded over the roof and the team took safety of my property the highest priority and cutting small pieces after pieces from top to bottom of the tree with clever rigging techniques they proved that point. After the removal of the tree, the team went above and beyond cleaning the yard for wood dirts, branches, and hauled away everything. I like the fact in each of the member when asking any question, or requesting anything during the laborious task they are doing, they answer with a smile. That made my day knowing how good these people are. I wish them prosper.

If I could give A & A Tree Experts 100 stars, I would! Let me give you a timeline of events:
1) We chatted on T and set 9:30 for them to come give me an estimate to trim/shape two of my trees (Blue Spruce and Apple - not tasty ones, unfortunately) the following morning.
2) They were right on time, very professional, courteous, and a genuinely nice family. The guys examined both trees for a good amount of time, in order to give me an accurate estimate for the trim/shapes. The price they quoted me was exceptionally good (WAY LESS THAN OTHERS), so I couldn't resist asking them, "Really?!? How much to just take them both down and grind both stumps?" They pondered and discussed; checked out the trees with a new vision in mind, and produced a quote that overloaded me with happiness (and total disbelief - WAY LESS THAN OTHERS)! After clarifying the quote several times (I'm getting old and thought I heard them wrong), my next question was, "How soon can you start?!?" They confirmed their schedule was open, confirmed the stump grinder availability, and told me they would "go gear up, and come back to get started on the job at 11:30."
3) They were right on time, again! And, I mean, to the MINUTE! I'm a busy chick, so their punctuality impressed me a great deal. Plus, they showed a healthy amount of integrity; they said what they were going to do, and did just that, for the second time that morning! They were more than prepared to take the job on and got right to it. They worked quickly (though noticeably VERY safely) as a unified team and three of them (a brother came a bit later with the stump grinder and got right to it) worked as a well-oiled machine. This awesome family of three completed the job flawlessly - leaving my property far better than how they found it - in exactly 5 hours. Exactly. 5. Hours!
ADDITIONAL PRAISE FOR A & A:
They had all the required (and likely some precautionary) safety equipment from head to toe, and all kept it all on the entire time they were on my property. (You hear me, homeowners)!
They asked if I wanted to save the bigger pieces of wood to use for seats around my fire pit - very observant - which I absolutely did (so did my next-door neighbors)! They used their chain saws to clean up the stumps, which are now perfect for fire pit seats!
They went above and beyond in how they cleaned up the two work sites. They even cleaned up the area in front of my neighbor's homes/yards. Nothing, and I mean NOTHING was left behind, except an EXTREMELY HAPPY CUSTOMER (who has already handed out two of their business cards and texted their info to two friends)! Get 'em while you can - with this kind of service and work product, A & A will book up FAST!
