Our carpet was very dirty. We have a dog. There was a stinky smell in our apartment. But after cleaning it disappeared. There is no chemical smell after cleaning. Carpet looks great now. Andrew did an excellent job.

With a new home came new drama but my concerns were quickly and professionally addressed by Andre. He confirmed my carpet issues and quickly cleaned the carpet and removed the issues. He explained what was needed and ensured I understood what he was doing. The end results are phenomenal! My carpet looks, feels and smells clean. He was very punctual and professional.
