We had Ismail as our lock repair and install specialist and he was just great. We had some issues that we were dealing with for a couple of days and Ismail was able to troubleshoot them patiently while giving us reasonable options to fix despite a lot of back and forth with him for scheduling. He was punctual and came right on time while respecting our times. We are already going to call him for our next lock project and I already recommended him to few other people.

IC professional helped rekey a bunch of locks and install couple of smart locks for me. He is very punctual and professional. I didn’t see him wasting his time figuring out things or loitering around. Also, he came back for a prompt fix of the smart lock once I fixed my door and the lock needed to be recalibrated. Had one of the best experiences. Will definitely want to work with him in future and highly recommended
