Highlights- Work Quality, Professionalism and Responsiveness!! After the installation of Nest thermostat the power to the thermostat went out for some reason. I tried to troubleshoot but couldn't figure out the issue so I opened a request on TT and just within a couple minutes I got a response from Bryan (Aptitude Electrical). It was already 8pm plus a hot day so I was reluctant to goto bed without AC so I asked Bryan if he could come out asap and take look to which he did not hesitate even for a bit. Bryan reached my home just within the hour, gathered all his tools and started troubleshooting the issue. He was very patient throughout the process and just within a few minutes he figured out the issue (blown fuse at the main control board). He couldn't replace the fuse right away but he made sure that he put in a workaround so my HVAC is up and running with the redundant fuse. What I really liked the most in the entire process was Bryan's responsiveness and his perception to emergencies (like mine). It was evident from his working style that he was a total professional in what he did and I was actually amazed by the fact that how quickly he was able to identify the issue. Post completion of the job Bryan assured that he would scout for the replacement fuse (wherever be could find it). He sent me regular updates on his trials to get the fuse and finally was able to find/order the fuse on Amazon. He called me and assured that he would replace it as soon the part arrives. There is no doubt that I'd definitely hire Bryan again for any electrical problems I might've in the future.
