I can't say enough good things! After searcing for months to find someone knowledgeable to fix my old Lenovo, I tried Thumbtack. I was fortunate to connect with EZPCHelp, who responded to my request for help literally in no time! Andrew remotely helped me to resolve issues that were longstanding and some that I had just learned to ignore. He also instructed me about how to make my son's laptop work more efficiently, which was an added benefit. I was happy to pay his fair price. He really knows his stuff and it was fun to work with as well. After 25 years with a large accounting firm, I was used to having company tech guys help me, and Andrew is that caliber of repair person! I've got a few other computers and will be contacting him again and have recommended him to some friends. I know they will be as pleased as I am!

After asking for a quote on Thumbtack Andrew got back to me immediately via Thumbtack and with a call. He was extremely knowledgeable and thorough with the desktop clean-up I needed. He spent the time necessary to make sure he had used every option to get my 7 year-old computer running like it was new. I would definitely refer him to anyone and would use his services again if I have any other computer issues!
