Hard-wired smoke alarm in the master bedroom had issues and needed to be replaced asap. I sent a picture of the alarm on the ceiling; he was at Home Depot and picked it up on the spot. David’s communication was excellent, texting updates to his eta. I contacted him around 3p; he was on a job in San Jose and finished my smoke alarm replacement in Dublin by 8p same day.
