We called in RT motor when we noticed water and Ice below our crisper drawer of our Samsung refrigerator. They responded quickly and sent over a repairman within an hour. He quickly diagnosed the problem as a clogged drain. The cost of the repair seemed high to me for clearing the drain but as I watched, the process was more complicated than I expected. He completed the repair within a couple of hours and put everything back together. He also noticed that the fridge was not even and he adjusted the feet to make it level. All in all, I was very satisfied with the work and would call him again if needed.

Somehow, the wheel on my refrigerator came off and was lodged up inside the base assembly. I contacted several options on thumbtack. John was quick to respond and schedule. He was thoughtful, professional, and reasonably priced. While there, he also did a general inspection and cleaning maintenance. Good guy. I recommend him.
