- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We go through an extremely thorough intro consultation. We discuss everything that makes you tick: current workouts, old injuries, how much you sleep, are you stressed at work, etc, etc. Then we set a specific goal. Finally, it’s my job to take all that information and create a roadmap to get you from where you are to where you want to be. And I coach you through that process. Rather than “just” workouts, we take a comprehensive approach where we address all four components of health and fitness: 1 Training 2 Nutrition 3 Sleep 4 Mindset Because of this though, holistic approach, results come extremely quickly and extremely reliably!
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I am a former minor pro hockey player and 3x American Ninja Warrior competitor. Now I have been training people for about 18 years.
- Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
This is one of my favorite recent successes: I worked with a former police officer named Anthony. His body was destroyed from his time as an officer. He was in so much back pain that he could only sleep for 2 hours at a time. Then he would have to get up and stretch out before trying to go back to sleep. Obviously his energy levels were extremely low and he had gained a lot of weight. In 12 weeks, we got him completely out of pain and sleeping through the night for the first time in years! He gained tons of energy. And he built an incredible physique…which wasn’t even our main goal. If a person is willing to put in the work and implement specific tools, there is nothing we can’t accomplish!
