- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Senior Citizen Discounts Note: Each job is individually priced. Each job is different and unique based on the customers needs. I will thoroughly assess the job and provide all customers with a written estimate.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I personally meet with the customer to discuss the job. I want to get as much input from the customer, their needs, wants, likes and dislikes. From there I assess the job taking measurements and determining the materials needed for the job. By gathering all of the information while onsite I am able to price materials needed to furnish a detailed estimate for the job. After I have completed the estimate I schedule another appointment with the customer to provide the written estimate, answer any questions and/or discuss changes they may want. If estimate accepted by customer, I then schedule a date to begin the job.
