Booked an appointment yesterday and was able to speak with the owner to confirm a time for today. Elite Installers were professional throughout and kept me informed of their whereabouts today. I needed a gas dryer installed; however, I wasn't sure if I had all the accessories needed for the hookup. Thankfully, Elite Installers explained how my gas dryer works with steam and gas and I didn't need both. And the cost to connect was very reasonable. I would definitely recommend the service to my family, friends, coworkers and anyone who needs an affordable appliance installation.

As someone who rarely, if ever, writes reviews, knew I'd be remisced if I didn't take the time to highlight the level of professionalism and care Elite Installers had while mounting my TVs. From the time I first reached out, Herschel paid very close attention to my needs, was quick to respond, and worked with me to get the job scheduled literally hours after my mounts arrived. He not only provided me with suggestions on a cost effective mount (that also came with LED lights!), but also gave recommendations on ways to hang the TVs in what I thought were impossibly tight spaces, ensuring each TV had full visibility from all angles of the room. He and his partner arrived on time, informing me when they were on there way, and again when he was minutes away and finished the job in a timely manner, not leaving until the job was completed and executed to their fullest ability. Everything was measured, marked, and measured again, before verifying I was happy with the placement and angle of the TVs. During his time on my project, I was thoroughly impressed by how much pride Herschel took in his work, and for a second, even wondered if he may have been OCD :) It's truly unfortunate that I don't have more TVs to hang, or appliances to install, but will certainly keep Elite Installers at the top of my vendor list and endorse them within my network.

Herschel with Elite Installers was the exact person I needed for the dryer installation job. After 2 months of waiting on Samsung to install the dryers they sent me, I decided it was time to give Herschel a call. He even ran to Lowes to get an extension cord that was needed to complete the job. A+

Couldn't be more impressed with Herschel and Elite Installers! I was out of the country and needed a dishwasher installed at my Airbnb. Home Depot left me high and dry delivering the dishwasher but not installing it. Herschel was there to the rescue the next day. Not only did he install the dishwasher but he also went to get a kit from Lowes that was needed to complete the installation. He also took away the old dishwasher. Herschel communicated throughout the entire process and even FaceTimed me to show me the completed project. A true professional who went above an beyond for me! In a day where professionalism seems hard to come by, Herschel delivered true customer service! Thank you so much Herschel!
