Our AC broke down and we needed to get a replacement capacitor. It was very late but thankfully I was able to get in contact with Ozzy and he helped us right away! Our AC is working perfectly now and we can go to sleep comfy thanks to you. Our toddler and us are very grateful ☺️

The employees from Ice City AC were a huge help! My AC broke and I reached out to them at around 10:45pm. I received a response within minutes and had an appointment scheduled for 9am the next morning. They were knowledgeable and fixed the issue quickly, which is huge with it being summer in Miami. Ozzy was absolutely wonderful! He responded immediately and came out the very next morning to fix our AC which happened to be clogged and needed cleaning. He didn’t try to sell us a false narrative, and was completely honest, and provided education with how to take care of our AC unit moving forward. I highly recommend him and will not hesitate to contact him again if I ever need help.
