FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
1. Transparent Pricing Structure: I maintain a transparent pricing structure, clearly outlining the cost for various services and the factors that may affect pricing, such as the size of the home, the scope of work, and any additional services requested. 2. Customized Quotes: Each cleaning project is unique, so I provide customized quotes based on the specific needs and preferences of the customer. This ensures that the pricing accurately reflects the scope of work and avoids any surprises. 3. Additional Fees: While I strive to be upfront about pricing, customers should be aware of any potential additional fees that may apply, such as surcharges for specialized cleaning tasks, excessive dirtiness, or last-minute schedule changes. 4. Cancellation and Rescheduling Policies: It’s important for customers to understand the cancellation and rescheduling policies regarding appointments. There may be fees associated with cancellations made within a certain timeframe or for repeated rescheduling. 5. Payment Methods: I accept various payment methods, including cash, zelle and Venmo. Customers should inquire about accepted payment methods and any payment terms, such as deposits or upfront payments.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1. Initial Contact: The process usually begins with the customer reaching out to inquire about my services. I respond promptly to their inquiry, whether it’s via phone, email, or an online booking platform. 2. Assessment and Consultation: I schedule a time to visit the customer’s home for an initial assessment. During this visit, I discuss their cleaning needs, preferences, and any specific instructions they may have. This allows me to provide an accurate estimate and tailor my services to their requirements. 3. Proposal and Agreement: Based on the assessment, I present the customer with a detailed proposal outlining the scope of work, frequency of service, pricing, and any other relevant terms. Once we agree on the terms, we formalize the agreement, usually through a written contract or agreement. 4. Scheduling: After the agreement is in place, we schedule the first cleaning appointment at a time that is convenient for the customer. I make sure to arrive punctually and fully prepared with all the necessary equipment and supplies. 5. Cleaning Service: During the cleaning appointment, I diligently carry out the tasks outlined in the agreement, paying attention to detail and adhering to any special instructions provided by the customer. I strive to exceed their expectations and leave their home sparkling clean and refreshed. 6. Follow-up and Feedback: After the cleaning service is complete, I follow up with the customer to ensure their satisfaction. I welcome feedback and address any concerns they may have to continuously improve my services and maintain a positive working relationship.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

Additionally, I stay updated on industry trends, safety protocols, and eco-friendly cleaning methods through workshops, online courses, and certifications. This ongoing education ensures that I deliver high-quality service and maintain professionalism in my work.
