Nathan came by to evaluate what needed to be done for our wood burning stove, and then returned the following week to get the work completed. We needed a better fitted cap for our chimney and a good cleaning. He taught me how to replace the insulation and gave me helpful information on how often to get it serviced/cleaned to avoid creosote buildup. He was very kind, professional, and efficient at his work. The price was also the most reasonable of all the companies I contacted. Thanks again, Nathan!

Nathan was the technician that services us. He explained the working of fireplace to me with patience. He told us about the pilot cleaning and helped me light it up. He also explained about the regular maintenance that we need to do. He was super helpful. He called me before our appointment about an opening on his schedule and arrived on time. Would definitely recommend him for any fireplace issues.

Got a service visit today. Nathan got here and helped inspect the fireplace. The fireplace is able to work, however there is a lot a dust and the pilot is low which need maintenance and cleaning. He recommended us the related service professionally. He is very responsible and professional. We recommend his service and will likely to use theirs service again.
