The technicians were extremely punctual and professional. I had a pipe that was leaking in my bathroom and the water had gotten into the walls and floors of the adjacent room. After the plumber fixed the pipes, the Restoration 1 team came an dried out my walls and floors. I was extremely impressed with how well they did their jobs. I would recommend them 100%. My teenager left the hot water on in the sink. flooded the whole place. I heard about this new restoration 1 in the Sugarland area. They were so friendly and courteous! they did an impeccable job restoring my water damaged floor in the bathroom bedroom and hallway. The team was precise about the details. I think it even looks a little bit better than before! I am impressed! Definitely would recommend to anyone who needs it.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Free inspection to assess the damages at their home or business. After the assessment is completed we can provide a quote and start on the job (with the permission of the homeowner of course).
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All of our technicians are certified through the IICRC.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
In our profession, an urgent response is important. Any delay in the clean up and dryout of water can cause long term damages to ones property. If a water mitigation company doesn't start a job immediately, find another company that will.
