- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Because we focus exclusively plumbing work we are able to quote most everyone directly over the phone with a few questions. This efficiency along with no sales commissions are the primary things that allow us to offer top value for our services.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The process isn't much different than an existing customer other than the fact we collect more information that we don't already have stored such as address, e-mail address, phone number, name, etc.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are licensed and insured plumbing contractors. Our licensure can be looked up on the TSBPE website for our license information. JMP Plumbing offers our apprentice technicians an in-house apprenticeship training program. This is to ensure our guys are properly supported and we give them all tools needed to develop and master their skills.
