- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My fee includes most travel time and my services, when driving to surrounding areas. Anything further than a certain radius will be more. This helps covers fuel. Depending on distance, I can travel same day depending on time of ceremony. If you're ceremony is earlier in the day, I am willing to travel out the day before. But with this, there is an extra fee for lodging.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I give a free consultation. I like to video chat with my customers. This way, we can discuss what you're needing for your ceremony. I'll ask questions to get know what you're looking for in your vows. Questions like, 1) How long have you two been toether? 2) How did you meet? 3) Is there anything specific you would like in your vows? 4) Do you want traditonal? 5) Do you want any humor in your vows? I want to make sure your vows include everything you want.
