Noel is not only knowledgeable concerning his craft but he’s also personable, attentive and trustworthy. I’m a 1st time pool owner & he actually took the time to teach/show & explain to me how to care for our pool. He went over above & beyond when most of the service providers I’ve encountered try to nickel & dime you for everything while only providing subpar service in the end. He replaced our pool pump motor then shocked our pool to get it back looking and running good. I cannot remember the last time I received such perfect treatment and service in every way.

We’d been struggling with our pool company for ages, trying to get a leak detection appointment scheduled and being out off. We reached out to imperial and were scheduled within a couple of days. He was on time, professional and found not one, but two leaks, which he showed my husband. They made it so easy!! Plan to hire again!

They were great. I had a big problem that needed attention quickly, and they understood and responded. They restored a pool that had gotten out of control and was a mess with leaves to a crystal clear blue pool. And all at a reasonable rate. I'd recommend highly.

Noel of Imperial Pools is very knowledgeable and gave honest suggestions on what our pool needed. He responded to communication in a timely manner. We replace our tile and had the pool plastered. Because I wanted to learn how to care for my pool and balance the chemicals,Noel gave me written instructions on caring for a newly plastered pool. I highly recommend Imperial Pools.
