- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My typical process for working with a new customer starts with an initial consultation to understand your event’s details and specific needs. We discuss the type of event, the number of guests, and any special requests or themes you have in mind. I’ll also go over the drink menu options and help you decide on the best selection of beverages. Next, I’ll outline my setup and cleanup procedures, ensuring everything runs smoothly and efficiently. I’ll be in touch leading up to the event to finalize any last-minute details and ensure all your questions are answered. On the day of the event, I’ll arrive early to set up and make sure everything is ready before your guests arrive. Throughout the event, I focus on providing excellent service, making sure your guests are happy and well taken care of. After the event, I handle the cleanup, leaving your venue as it was before. My goal is to make the process seamless and stress-free for you, so you can enjoy your event along with your guests.
