What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We ask if the client has a budget or range in mind for decor. We create an inclusive proposal for each client based on their needs. Services begin at $600 for an open square backdrop rental with a standard 15ft organic balloon garland as an example. This would include delivery and installation within 20 miles of our travel area.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We like to get to know the client and their wishes. For our first meeting, we will go over business needs, vision, themes, colors, and inspiration ideas; along with a wish list of wants or special needs the client has in mind.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our background includes event management, interiors, and stage/ display. We love decorating various spaces and enhancing the creative vision and atmosphere of any corporate, community, or branding event.
