Great pricing & was very open to providing alternative options to fit our specific budget! The quality of work was great, work was done quickly with no mess leftover for us to clean & he is a very nice guy! Only reason for the 4 stars is we never got the piece of sod to fix the under part of our neighbors gate & we struggled with communication at times. He was very eager to get the bid done & while I appreciate that, I am a working mom to two crazy toddlers and am not always able to answer the phone but I always return calls in a timely manner. I didn't see a reason for him calling 5 times in a row & leaving voicemails & text messages but we spoke and resolved those issues. Ultimately, we were able to get on each others level & talk it all out. I'd hire him again because even when I was getting frustrated with the amount of communication at times, he remained professional and resolved any issues with us politely & had great quality of work! Neighbors were pleased too with his ability to rectify any issues (like a panel not even or a nail sticking out on the other side etc.) with professionalism before considering the job done.

Do not hire these guys to do any detailed painting or drywall repairs. They botched our ceiling repair after being in our house for about 5 hours. We were so frustrated. They said that if we were not satisfied they promised to come back and make it right. You can see from the photos they created a mess. Foolishly we paid them to get them out of our house. I called several times and spoke to the owner who said he would only spray more texture from a spray can which would fix this mess. He said the only way they would fix this is if we would pay them more money. Thumbtack is doing nothing. They are making it extremely difficult to create a case. Do not use these guys and I would think twice about using thumbtack
