The Heating and Cooling Pro was extremely professional, courteous, knowledgeable, and responsive. Carl made us feel very comfortable with his assessment of our old furnace, the options available to fix or replace it, and what those options would entail. Carl was very friendly and responsive. First he installed a flame sensor in a flash and for less than half of what a competitor quoted. Then he installed whole house humidifier in a very cramped utility room for a very reasonable charge. I highly recommend him and will definitely use his services from now on.

I cannot recommend The Heating and Cooling Pro enough. Very punctual, was able to get us an estimate the same day and then was able to install within the following 24hrs. Pricing was very reasonable in comparison to other large companies within the Columbus area. I cannot recommend The Heating and Cooling Pro enough!

Got a phone call within minutes of scheduling our appointment. Carl was prompt, and very knowledgeable. He got our air conditioning working almost immediately and charged us a more than fair price.
