James was great. I haven’t worked out with a trainer ever and was nervous but he was very kind and motivating. He has a lot of knowledge and guides you through each exercise. I’ve recommended him to others after only one session. Very glad and will continue to use him to help with my weight loss.

After a couple poor personal training experiences, I was just about ready to give up on my fitness journey. A friend of mine suggested James. I thought I’d give it one more shot. Best. Decision. Ever. James is always pushing me to be the best version of myself. He truly cares about each of his clients and it is so refreshing to see! I will be on my 4th session this coming Monday, wish me luck!!

James was very nice on the phone. One thing I can say is that he offered to send me some exercises, but never followed through! I texted him on 2 different week days during business hours asking about it, but never got a response.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have an undergrad in biology, I am certified as a personal trainer and a nutrition coach, and I have been a martial artist for 8+ years!
How did you get started doing this type of work?
While I was in school getting my bachelors in biology, I thought training would be a good way to make money. I have now graduated and I realized I have a passion for fitness and helping others reach their full potential!
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Stay consistent and push yourself! You can do anything you put your mind to if you have the right mentality!
