Was having issues with my A/C where the heat was not working. Freddy responded quickly and was able to come take a look the same day. The furnace was replaced the same day and repairs were made to prevent the issue from happening again. He even helped with changing the air filters in the home. Great work at a great value.

Freddy promptly came out and diagnosed a faulty contactor on my unit. He then recognized my compressor was overheating and cooled it off to prevent further damage. All the while answering my abundance of questions, providing advice to prevent this in the future, AND accommodating price. 5 star experience and I learned a lot. Thank you. Found F&P through Thumbtack, they called me instantly and had someone on the way to my rental where the HVAC stopped working within 30 minutes. They tried everything to fix it but ultimately the 25 year old system needed replacing. They were able to fit me in the next day with a new system. They went above and beyond to make sure my tenants were taken care of during these hot days with no AC. Highly, highly recommend!!
