FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
At JAYA, we use value-based pricing for all of our services. This means that you will know upfront what you are paying for and what you will get.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We like to offer all clients a 30-minute meeting to learn more about what their needs are and determine whether our services are a good fit for them. Then, we present an engagement letter stating which specific service(s) we can offer to address their needs. We also make sure to provide upfront pricing and estimated time for completion.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
