I had an issue with my kitchen sink. So I reached out to GIG Plumber and Ricky, was very responsive, and accommodating. Once he arrived he was able to quickly identify problems, and possible causes, as well as doing a quick inspection of other plumbing areas in my home. I plan to rehire him again as more work will be needed. Also, I think the prices are fair.

Ricky will now be our new go to plumber. We contacted him on a Saturday morning because we had a blockage in our sewage pipes that was causing some leakage in our basement. It was an emergency situation that he was a life saver for helping with. He was at our home within 35 mins. He came assessed the situation first, walked me through the issue before starting. He had to snake the drain. He then noted some other issues and provided additional information along with a referral to help. He also assessed where the leak was coming from and fixed that as well. All and all BEST and most responsive and VERY Reasonable! THANK YOU SO MUCH Mr. Ricky.

We moved into a new home with several unexpected plumbing issues. GIG was able to tackle a full day job the very next day! They replaced two sets of tub/shower hardware and a few other items.
