- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
If we make a time for me to come out to work on a project the price is $100 for the first hour. Additional hours are $75 and are prorated as needed. I can make estimates over the phone which is no charge. If I come out and I realize I cannot complete the project, I only charge $25.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to have a call first to discuss the project and what problems need to be solved. It allows me to do research and gather the tools needed before I come out to complete the job.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I have been interested in electronics and computers since a very young age. I have built out a full smart home for myself at 2 different residences and I have a real passion for automation and helpful technology.
