Very easy to work with. Eugene showed up the same day I put in a request to fix my dryer. I gave him the remote entry to the property. He diagnosed and fixed the issue (replacing a broken part) in the same visit. He also inspected the dryer at no extra cost to make sure everything else was in good condition. A few things that could be improved: (a) Although I put all the details, including photo and model number, into my initial contact request over Thumbtack, the first person who contacted me from Bozmanfix somehow had no access to any of that and asked me to explain the problem again. (b) I had trouble understanding the conversation over phone, just due to accent. This problem was not severe. (c) I cannot comment on whether their price was high or low, as I did no research on this. I paid $320 total for the replacement of a broken part that was preventing my dryer drum for changing. On the whole, I have no hesitation in recommending Bozmanfix for appliance repair.

Everything good except that the installer went contrary to installment directions. He put the electrical box behind the new dishwasher instead of in an adjacent cabinet. Thus it will be harder to get to the electrical box in the future.
